Transform Your Mornings: A Quick Dive into the Miracle Morning Routine
In today's episode, I'm excited to share my journey with the Miracle Morning routine – a powerful set of practices designed to kickstart your day on a positive note.
I've never been a morning person, but lately, getting up a bit earlier than my family has made my days way smoother. The book is "The Miracle Morning" by Hal Elrod and the idea is wake up early and do a series of mind and body rituals.
There are 6 S.A.V.E.R.S. in the Miracle Morning and it's a powerful way to focus on goals, have a smoother morning, and add some clarity to life. I'll walk you through each step based on my routine in this episode, but the key is to make it work for you and your time.
Here are the 6 steps which he calls S.A.V.E.R.S:
2. Affirmations
3. Visualization
4. Exercise
5. Read
6. Scribe
In this episode, I share how I have been doing this and how much I am loving it! If you like what you hear you can check out the book here and Hal's podcast "Achieve Your Goals" for more motivation.
Heard of the Miracle Morning? Would you try this even if you are not a morning person?

This is really interesting, Jess! I’m going to check out this book and Podcast now. I am not a morning person but have been wanting to have more motivation in my mornings. Maybe this will help! I love you so much, as well as Louie, Louis, Ezra and Birdie! Give them all a kiss and cuddle and one for yourself! Love, Mom
